Email correspondence:

Welcome Sister and President Ostler

As a father of one of the Elders in the Sierra Leone Freetown Mission (Elder Hales) I just wanted to take a few seconds and send an email to my sons new mom and dad in Sierra Leone.  Thank you for your willingness to sever and do all you can for the Lord, helping and inspiring the Elders and Sisters there and uplifting the people of Sierra Leone.

My wife and I have enjoyed the Roggia blog site and the small information and glimpse  of our son serving the Lord in Sierra Leone.  Do you know if there is or will be another mission blog site for us parents to caught a glimpse our our sons? If not that is perfectly okay I was just wondering.

Thanks again Sister and President Ostler on your service, and all the other Senior Couples (Sister and Elder Lauritzen, Sister and Elder Kanzler, Sister and Elder Burns, and Sister and Elder
Schlehuer) there serving people of Sierra Leone and help our sons.
And a BIG THANK YOU  for Sister and President Roggia, you have left a lasting impression on Elder Hales.

Thank you,
Jeff and Stacy Hales

Brother and Sister Hales,

Sister Ostler and I are so excited to serve, and it is an honor to serve in Sierra Leone. What a choice part of the vineyard - humble, but wonderful. We haven't met Elder Hales yet, but we will be out in Bo this weekend and so look forward to meeting with him. I will let him know that we have connected by email. I know President Roggia has great confidence in him to have called him as a District Leader.

We don't quite know what we will do with the blog yet. We are not the most tech savvy missionaries, but we will see what we can do. We sure want each family to be connected with their missionaries and share in their unique and remarkable service.

We appreciate your willingness to have your son serve and know that he is blessings those he serves with.

Sincerely,

President Ostler
